Functie
We need an IT Business Analyst with Ultimo expertise, to support IT&D in setting up best practices & standards on Ultimo implementations.
Ultimo has been implemented since 2020 without proper IT&D involvement and we need your expertise to fix the current issues.
Project Description:
– Clarify, analyse and document the business requirements of internal stakeholders and make sure solutions proposed are in line with IT&D requirements and policies
– Understand end to end business and system process flows
– Motivation and pro-active attitude
– Facilitate discussion between various stakeholder to obtain clarification and agreement on business requirement
– Collaborate with functional analyst internal and external (Ultimo) to build user stories and support system configuration
– Actively engage with the application teams, COE, Ultimo
– Ability to give business and technical presentation
Functie-eisen
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experienced with data mapping, business process mapping and root cause analysis
- Experienced with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Service Now
- Background in an Agile or DevOps environment
- Good knowledge of Ultimo as a BA or configurator
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Being able to work in Brussels as a freelancer (hybrid)
- Team player attitude
- Problem solving abilities
